Cancelling an order
- You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched. Send us your order number on WhatsApp or by email, and we refund the full amount.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
- Turbans are cut to the length you order. Once your fabric has been cut, the order can only be cancelled if the mistake was ours.
Returns and replacements
- Because turban fabric is cut to your length, we cannot take fabric back for a change of mind.
- If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered (wrong fabric, colour or length), tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send photos. We will replace it or refund you, and we pay the shipping.
- Anything sent back must be unused and unwashed, in its original packing.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are made within 7 working days, to the same card, UPI or bank account you paid with.
- Your bank may take a few more days to show the money in your account.
- Shipping charges are refunded only when the mistake was ours.
